WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Our products fit true to size. You can find a sizing guide for each item on the relevant product page of the website. We will always let you know the height of the model and what size they are wearing to give you an idea of how the product fits.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We currently ship to customers in the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and South Korea.

WHAT COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERY?

We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 service for UK orders and Royal Mail International Tracked service for international orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TYPICALLY TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

UK customers: 1-2 working days after dispatch.

EU customers: 3-5 working days after dispatch.

Worldwide customers: 5-7 working days after dispatch.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an email with your tracking information once your order ships. Please use the tracking link to follow the progress of your order. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3-5 working days of placing your order, please get in touch with us at conatct@clobbersupply.com

CAN I CANCEL / AMEND MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or amend your order once it has been placed. Please return any unwanted items using our easy returns process and we will issue you with a refund in line with our Returns Policy

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We only want you to keep your products if you are 100% happy with them. If, for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the items to us. Read our Returns Policy here.

THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We hope that you never have to experience an issue with your order, but in the event that there is a problem, please notify us within 7 days of receiving of your item(s). We request that you send details of the problem, along with your order number to contact@clobbersupply.com. We’ll always aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

WHERE ELSE CAN I FIND CLOBBER PRODUCTS?

Nowhere. CLOBBER products are sold exclusively via our website.
